    If it's a manufacturing defect, we'll repair or replace the product. Simple.

What's Covered. What's Not. No Surprises.

  • What's Covered

    Stitching, zippers, straps, buckles, and hardware — anything that fails because of how it was made, not how it was used. If a defect shows up within a year of purchase, it's on us.

  • What's Not Covered

    Normal wear and tear, damage from misuse, lost products, or cosmetic damage that is not caused due to manufacturing defects.
